  1. Preparing 1st Marination – Take soya chaap and remove the sticks. cut it into big pieces. add 1-2tbsp mustard oil, ginger garlic paste of 5-6 garlic cloves and 1/4th ginger. add 1 tsp salt. add 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder. mix them all creafully. leave it for 30 minutes..
  2. 2nd Marination – Roast spices(cloves, jira, black pepper corns, javitri, star anise, coriander seeds, nutmeg, saunth, cinnamon stick, black cardomom) on tawa. Let it cool. Grind them to make powder..

Take a bowl and add curd. add 2-3 tsp roasted spices powder, salt to taste, 2 tbsp mustard oil, 1/4th tsp elachi powder,ginger garlic paste, 2-3 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder,kasoori methi. Adjust the colour accordingly by adding more red chilli powder.
